Refund policy

You can return many items sold on Buymauzo.com We have a [7 days from the receipt of the product] return policy, which means you have [7days (seven days) from the receipt of the product] after receiving your item, to request for a return. Return option depends on seller, items or reasons for return. Please carefully read the return options for the product and instructions, before placing the order for any product. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Only the products that pass our Quality Check process, will be eligible for return and subsequent refund. 
To start a return, you can contact us at Buymauzo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, and no later than [3 days (three days)] from the date of delivery, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products) and such other products which are specified as non- returnable. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once
the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The amount will be refunded in Dirhams (UAE). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Customized order:

The Seller’s products ordered or manufactured specifically according to the Buyers specifications. Hence, any changes or cancellation of orders made after the process has commenced can cause substantial disruption and result in significant costs to the Seller. 
Orders of products which have been customised for the Buyer can only be cancelled within 3 hours of order free of charge.
A cancellation request made after 3 hours of the order confirmation may be possible with the consent of the Seller, but will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge of the order cancelled.
Also, Order Change or Cancellation requests will only be deemed valid and received if
made between 9:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday UAE Standard time.
